These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sportrevo, operated by Sportrevo ("we," "us," or "our"), including the Roster Builder web application located at sportrevo.com ("Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Sportrevo offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload or create within the Service, including player names, photos, logos, and roster data ("Your Content").
By uploading content to the Service, you grant Sportrevo a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell, share, or use Your Content for any other purpose.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content:
Player photos of minors: If you upload photos of players who are under 18, you represent that you have obtained appropriate consent from their parent or legal guardian to collect and store those images.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Sportrevo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Sportrevo name, logo, and "Roster Builder" designation are trademarks of Sportrevo. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We use Google Firebase for authentication and data storage, and Google Firebase Storage for uploaded images. Your data is stored on Google's secure infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data, although we make reasonable efforts to maintain data integrity and backups.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPORTREVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period following account termination, unless we are required by law to retain it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or a prominent notice within the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Iowa, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
